Nicola Peltz has mysteriously parted ways with Yogi's House, the animal charity she co-founded, according to reports. The 31-year-old wife of Brooklyn Beckham co-founded the dog shelter with a friend and was once its biggest supporter. However, she now appears to have cut ties after being scrubbed from the charity's website and unfollowing them on social media.
Charity Background and Previous Allegations
The Los Angeles-based charity cares for hundreds of dogs, many of which were displaced during the Californian wildfires. In January, Brooklyn Beckham accused his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, of snubbing the charity. He claimed Victoria ignored a GoFundMe page set up by Yogi's House to rescue pets affected by the LA fires and transport them to safe foster homes. While the Peltz family donated $10,300, Brooklyn said Victoria refused to help despite it being one of Nicola's biggest passions.

A spokesperson for Nicola told the Mail: "Nicola is humbled by the work Yogi's House does to support dog welfare in California. Nicola is proud to have been a founding partner of Yogi's House and she's currently considering other opportunities to support dog welfare in anyway possible. This is her true passion in life and she will never give up on the dogs." Yogi's House, which describes itself as "owned and operated by women," has not commented.
Origins of the Charity
Nicola explained in a 2023 interview: "Last year, my publicist Alex Schack and our friend Emma Kenney and I started rescuing dogs from shelters. And it's taken over every single second that I'm not working. It started when Emma was trying to adopt this dog named Yogi, and she posted on Instagram asking for help because she was stuck in traffic and the shelter was going to euthanise him if she was late."
Broader Family Feud
The split comes amid ongoing tensions between the Peltz and Beckham families. In January, Brooklyn accused his parents of trying to sabotage his relationship with Nicola. He said: "We've gone out of our way for years to show up and support at every fashion show, every party, and every press activity to show 'our perfect family.' But the one time my wife asked for my mom's support to save displaced dogs during the LA fires, my mum refused."
