MIC's Tabitha Willett engaged to Harry Hoare

Reality television star Tabitha Willett has officially confirmed her engagement to Harry Hoare, sharing the joyful news with her followers on social media. The announcement comes just a short time after viewers of the popular E4 show witnessed her brief romantic involvement with a co-star.

Social Media Reveal and The Times Announcement

The TV personality, who made a return to Made In Chelsea for its 29th series in March, broke the news on her Instagram feed on Friday morning. The post featured several photographs of the happy couple together, with Willett proudly showcasing her stunning diamond engagement ring for the first time.

Alongside the images, the 33-year-old wrote a heartfelt message to her new fiancé, stating: 'Love you more than you'll ever know.' In a nod to more traditional methods, the engagement was also formally declared in the births, marriages, and deaths section of The Times newspaper that same morning.

The formal notice read: 'The engagement is announced between Henry (Harry), son of Mrs Virginia Hoare and the late Mr Timothy Hoare, and Tabitha, second daughter of Mr Daniel Willett and Miss Muffin Hurst.'

Family Background and Recent On-Screen Drama

Harry's father, Timothy Hoare, was a wealthy stockbroker who passed away in 2019 at the age of 69. His funeral service in London was attended by notable figures including Sarah Ferguson, the then-Duchess of York, her daughters Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice, and musician Sir Bob Geldof.

The family resided at the magnificent Grade-II listed Hollycombe House in Liphook, Hampshire, where they were known for hosting lavish parties and shooting weekends. Following Timothy's death, a collection of valuable items from the estate, including a prized painting by surrealist artist Salvador Dali, were sold at auction in 2021.

Willett, who co-parents her six-year-old daughter, Ottilie, with former partner Fraser Carruthers, rejoined the cast of Made In Chelsea this spring after a six-year break. Her return has been eventful, featuring in both the 29th and 30th series where she embarked on a short-lived romance with handsome DJ and co-star Arman Pouladian-Kari.

From On-Screen Romance to Real-Life Engagement

Audiences watched as Willett's fledgling relationship with Pouladian-Kari hit the rocks after she discovered he remained close with his ex-girlfriend, Yasmine Zweegers. Despite their split, the pair briefly rekindled their connection for a secret tryst, adding to the dramatic narrative of the show.

Prior to her involvement with Pouladian-Kari, Willett had also been romantically linked to another co-star, Angus Findlay, following her return to the programme alongside her close friend, Sophie Hermann. Her journey from on-screen relationships to a real-life engagement with Hoare marks a significant new chapter for the reality star.
