Channel 5 is airing a rerun of the 2021 matrimonial thriller Lie With Me, starring former EastEnders actress Charlie Brooks. The four-part drama, which originally premiered in 2021, returns to primetime this week, offering viewers a second chance to catch the twist-filled story.

Phoebe Roberts portrays au pair Becky Hart. The Australian actress is also known for her role in Neighbours, where she played Freya Wozniak in 2022.
The cast also includes Alba Nicholls, Neil Melville, Nadine Garner, and Alfie Gledhill.
Where Was Lie With Me Filmed?
The mini-series was both set and shot in Melbourne, Australia. Brett Tucker, who portrays Jake, discussed the filming locations: "We filmed in Montrose, which is just past the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, out in the mountains, which is close to where I grew up. It's just stunning out there. In fact, the house and the property really are a big character in the story, so we needed to up our game to match the location because it was stunning."
How Many Episodes of Lie With Me Are There?
There are four episodes altogether, all of which will broadcast this week. The opening instalment begins at 9pm on Monday, July 6 and continues over four successive evenings.
Lie With Me originally premiered on Channel 5 in 2021 and subsequently on Paramount+ as With Intent for American viewers. It received fairly positive feedback from initial viewers, many of whom commended it for its plot twists and surprising conclusion. One viewer remarked: "Gripping with a truly surprise ending. I loved this show from start to finish, it really hooks you in by making you think it's going to go one way but then it goes another. Charlie Brooks is excellent and two other actors play their parts well too, at times you feel like you are on all their sides. The ending is quite twisted and I didn't see it coming. Only criticism is it could've been longer."
