Kerry Katona has announced she is pregnant with her fifth child, her first with fiancé George Kay. The couple, who got engaged in April, are said to be 'absolutely delighted' with the news, according to a spokesperson.
The 33-year-old former Atomic Kitten star revealed the pregnancy during a recording of The Alan Titchmarsh Show, which airs on ITV1 later today. Katona already has four children from her previous marriages to Brian McFadden and Mark Croft.
The announcement comes shortly after Katona confirmed she would play Marilyn Monroe in the upcoming musical Norma Jeane. However, the pregnancy led to her being dropped as the face of payday loans company Cash Lady.
Katona rose to fame as part of the original lineup of pop group Atomic Kitten, which later reformed for ITV's The Big Reunion. She has also appeared on reality shows including I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here, Dancing on Ice, and Celebrity Big Brother.
