Kernowfornia, a popular music festival scheduled for early September on East Looe beach in Cornwall, has been cancelled after its organisers went bust. The three-day event was scrapped following the insolvency of Gracenote Promotion LTD, the company behind both Kernowfornia and the inaugural Morvala Festival of Arts held in south east Cornwall last week.

Gracenote Promotion LTD announced it has been left with no responsible alternative but to begin the process of entering liquidation, as it is insolvent. The statement confirms that the planned festival cannot proceed.
