Former The Apprentice contestant Jessica Cunningham has announced she is pregnant with her sixth child, sharing the exciting news with her followers on social media. The 39-year-old TV personality and careers coach posted a bump photo on Instagram this week, accompanied by a caption that read, "Well, 2026 just got interesting."

A Growing Family and Reflective Moments

In her heartfelt post, Cunningham revealed that while she had ambitious plans for the year, she now embraces the unexpected joy of another pregnancy. "Last year I had plans to be turbo speed taking over the world… but looks like the Universe/God had different plans," she wrote. The star expressed enthusiasm for the new addition, stating, "Here is to a house that is going to have more love, fun and craziness."

Embracing Motherhood for the Sixth Time

Cunningham, who first gained fame on Lord Alan Sugar's reality show in 2016, already has five children. She shares two sons, Digby and Dudley, with her current partner Alex Daw, and three daughters—Poppy, Olive, and Hattie—with her late ex-partner Alistair Eccles. In her Instagram announcement, she described this pregnancy as reigniting her inner fire, calling it "the year of the fire horse."

She elaborated on her mindset shift, saying, "I've gone into 'no s***s given mode' and taking over the world has got sooooo much more exciting… creating plans and a life has given me the gift to slow down and implement the strategies, knowledge and wisdom from the world class coaches I have had the pleasure to be coached by."

Past Birth Experiences and Home Birth Advocacy

Reflecting on her previous childbirth experiences, Cunningham has openly discussed how each birth has been unique. In 2021, she shared details about her fifth delivery, contrasting it with her first traumatic experience. "With my first birth, with Poppy, it was absolutely horrific, I was screaming," she recalled. However, subsequent births became more positive, with her sister serving as a supportive birthing partner for Olive and Hattie.

For her later children, Cunningham embraced spiritual and intuitive approaches, including dancing through contractions. "I started dancing round and welcoming the pain, and then I visualised this wave pushing him out," she explained about Digby's birth. She has been a vocal advocate for home births, particularly highlighting the benefits of water births. "I have always given birth in a birthing pool, but this was my first home birth," she noted, describing how being in water can ease the transition for the baby.

Balancing Career and Family Life

The Celebrity Big Brother 2017 contestant has been candid about the challenges of managing a career while raising multiple children. She admitted that having five children is "both beautiful and b****y stressful," often grappling with parent guilt over not having enough one-on-one time with each child due to their varying ages and needs.

Cunningham's relationship with Alex Daw has been a source of support, especially after previous tragedies. The couple suffered a miscarriage in November 2017 while expecting their first child together, just two months after the suicide of her ex-partner Alistair Eccles. Despite these hardships, they welcomed their son Digby in July 2018, whom Cunningham described as a "beautiful little rainbow baby."

Looking Ahead with Optimism

In her recent posts, Cunningham expressed excitement about the future, writing, "Global impact, mass healing and world transformation is just around the corner and I have more people I love to share it with… MAY THE FORCE BE WITH US." She also humorously noted that some followers had already noticed her pregnancy during recent training sessions, confirming, "This summer, five will become six. Feeling totally blessed, excited and ready."

As she prepares for her sixth journey into motherhood, Jessica Cunningham continues to inspire with her resilience and joyful outlook, balancing her public persona with the intimate realities of family life.
