Heather Graham turned heads at the Filming Italy Festival in Santa Margherita di Pula over the weekend, wearing a sleek white gown with a plunging neckline that hugged her figure.
The 55-year-old actress, known for roles in Boogie Nights and The Hangover, has long prioritised wellness and self-care. She recently told Retreat: 'Decide that you're hot and enjoy your life. What other people think of you is none of your business.'
Graham credits her youthful looks to clean living. She abstains from alcohol and drugs, prioritises sleep, eats healthily, and practises daily affirmations such as 'This is the best time of my life.'
The star also maintains a fitness regime including yoga and Pilates, and avoids sugar and white flour. She enjoys meditation, nature walks, and yoga retreats by the ocean.
Speaking to People earlier this year, Graham said she feels happier as she ages: 'I just care less about things that don't matter. I've done enough hard work on myself that I feel like I'm a happier person now.'
Her advice for ageing gracefully: 'Pursue the things that fill you with joy, and surround yourself with loving people.'
