BBC One is treating Death in Paradise fans to a repeat of Series 11, episode 2 tonight, Friday, June 26, 2026, at 9pm. The episode, titled A Double Bogey, features DI Neville Parker, played by Ralf Little, who departed the show in March 2024. Don Gilet now stars as the latest detective, Mervin Wilson.
Episode Synopsis
The synopsis reads: "The arrival of a long-lost brother at a family-run golf club coincides with the discovery of a body on the course. But a prime suspect with an alibi leaves the team with an impenetrable conundrum." Several guest stars join the regular cast for this mystery.
Tamzin Outhwaite as Holly Faircroft
Tamzin Outhwaite plays Holly Faircroft, one of the proprietors of the golf club. She is best known for her role as Mel Owen in EastEnders, who was killed off in 2019. Other notable roles include DCI Sasha Miller in New Tricks, Rebecca Mitchell in Hotel Babylon, and Jo McDonagh in Red Cap. Recently, she has appeared in Murder Before Evensong, Silent Witness, and The Wives.
Jason Done as Connor Faircroft
Jason Done portrays Connor Faircroft, Holly's husband and business partner, and the brother of the murder victim, making him an immediate suspect. Done is best known for playing Tom Clarkson in Waterloo Road and Stephen Snow in Where the Heart Is. He has also appeared in The Hack, Time, Run, and The Innocents.
Oscar Morgan as Jake Faircroft
Oscar Morgan plays Jake Faircroft, the son of Holly and Connor, who helps around the golf club. At the time of the original airing in 2022, Morgan had appeared in The Miniaturist, Millie Inbetween, and the BBC sitcom Warren. Since then, he has landed roles in Gotham Knights, The Crown, and Masters of the Air. In 2026, he also plays Valarr Targaryen in the Game of Thrones spin-off A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms.
Simon Lenagan as Bradley Faircroft
Simon Lenagan plays Bradley Faircroft, Connor's long-lost brother and the murder victim. Lenagan has appeared in Vera, Happy Valley, and Breeders. In 2022, he portrayed Robert Kirby in the miniseries Treason, and earlier played Alex Jordan in Coronation Street in 2002.
Faith Alabi as Desreta King
Faith Alabi appears as Desreta King. Before Death in Paradise in 2022, she featured in Drifters, Grantchester, Cold Feet, Vera, and the HBO Max series We Are Who We Are as Jenny Poythress. Since then, she has become a recognizable presence in Industry and Black Cake.
