Ridley Scott's 1982 sci-fi film Blade Runner, based on Philip K. Dick's novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?, is now streaming for free on BBC iPlayer in the UK.

Set in a dystopian Los Angeles of 2019, the film stars Harrison Ford as Rick Deckard, a former cop tasked with "retiring" rogue replicants – synthetic beings created by a sinister corporation. The cast also includes Rutger Hauer, Sean Young and Edward James Olmos.
