Sinister Bea Pollard (Ronni Ancona) is back to her old tricks in EastEnders, determined to reclaim her 'friend' Honey Mitchell (Emma Barton) despite her evil schemes being exposed. Bea may be a certified bunny-boiler, but she is not a quitter.
Bea has been causing chaos in Walford ever since she arrived. It all started when Honey attended Linda Carter's (Kellie Bright) school reunion and pretended to be Bea to get on the guest list. That was when she crossed paths with the real creepy article. When Linda discovered Bea was being evicted, she felt guilty for her past behaviour and brought her to Albert Square, securing her a room at the Peacock Palace Bed and Breakfast.
Landing a job at the Minute Mart, Bea bonded with Honey after saving her from a shoplifter. She even faked a break-in to get trial shifts. Bea quickly became inseparable from Honey, but her behaviour raised red flags for Honey's husband, Billy Mitchell (Perry Fenwick). Billy was right to be suspicious.
Bea revealed obsessive tendencies worthy of Fatal Attraction. When Honey injured herself at work, Bea stole wine and concocted a plan to sue Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) for compensation. She got Honey drunk and coaxed her into sending an ill-advised email demanding compensation for workplace negligence and sexual harassment. Bea then applied for a credit card in Honey's name, racking up thousands of pounds in debt.
Amid the drama, Bea developed an unexpected romance with Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt), helping him campaign against Elaine Peacock (Harriet Thorpe) in local council elections. She used her ill-gotten gains to wine and dine Ian, but he ended their relationship. When Billy discovered the credit card fraud, he turfed Bea out. In revenge, Bea tampered with Billy's ladder, but it was Honey who fell, suffering serious injuries.
Bea had an alibi, claiming she was working at McKlunkeys. When Honey forced Billy to apologise, Bea tried to move back in after learning Honey needed surgery. Billy refused, leaving Bea sleeping against the bins at McKlunkeys. But now, Bea sees another chance.
Next week, Honey feels well enough to celebrate with Billy, relieved that Bea has moved out to stay with Mo. But Bea overhears Billy telling Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) about his date with Honey. Bea seizes the moment to take Honey for a drink. Bea still has one card to play: she previously downloaded an AI app to record Billy's voice and create a fake message. Will Bea use the recording to turn Honey against Billy?
