Several stars from ITV's This Morning have landed their own television series as the network unveils a significant shake-up of its programming schedule. Josie Gibson, Clodagh McKenna, and Dermot O'Leary are among the presenters set to front new shows on the channel.
New Weekend Line-Up
ITV has announced a range of new programmes launching this year, with three of its This Morning regulars taking centre stage. The broadcaster is bolstering its weekend morning line-up with a brand-new series from resident chef Clodagh McKenna. Titled Clodagh: Cooking At Home, the show promises "inspirational and easy eats" as viewers are invited into the cheerful chef’s idyllic home on her farm, Broadspear. Set in her kitchen and garden, the series will feature recipes suitable for everything from parties to casual weekend dinners.
Dermot O'Leary is also making a comeback with a 10-part second series of Dermot’s Taste of Ireland. The first season, released in 2024, attracted over 3.3 million UK viewers as Dermot visited Cork, Wexford, Dublin, and Belfast. This new season sees the star traverse two of Ireland’s most iconic coastal touring routes—the Causeway Coastal Route and Wild Atlantic Way—exploring his passion for both cuisine and the people.
Josie Gibson, who shot to fame in 2011 after winning Big Brother and has been a guest host on This Morning for years, will launch Josie’s Taste of the Westcountry alongside Michelin-starred chef Paul Ainsworth. The show takes viewers on a tour of her beloved Westcountry, showcasing hidden gems, freshly caught lunches, the best dinners the area offers, and produce from passionate artisan makers and growers.
Returning Favourites
Former This Morning star Fern Britton, who hosted the show for a decade between 1999 and 2009, is also returning with her animal-loving series Fern Britton: Inside The Vet’s. The series goes behind the scenes at a family-run practice, The Grove Vets, where she shares emotional stories affecting owners and veterinarians each week.
These shows will air alongside the new season of Gary Barlow’s Food and Wine Tour: New Zealand and a third series of Ainsley’s Fantastic Flavours for 2026.
Leanne Clarke, Assistant Commissioner of ITV Entertainment and Daytime, said: "We can all wake up to something special—brilliant presenters, delicious inspiration and expertise, a morning line-up that’s a true weekend treat."
