Teddy Swims at Blackweir Live: Banned Items and Entry Guide

Grammy-nominated singer Teddy Swims is set to headline Blackweir Live at Cardiff's Blackweir Fields on Friday, June 26, 2026, following The Cure's performance on June 24. The American artist, known for hits like Lose Control, Guilty, and The Door, will perform with his band Freak Freely, blending R&B, soul, and pop. He rose to fame through YouTube covers and now boasts chart-topping singles and sold-out global tours.

Venue Background and Organiser Comments

Blackweir, a collaboration between DEPOT Live and UK promoters Cuffe and Taylor, opened in 2025 and has quickly become Cardiff's premier live music venue. Nick Saunders, founder of DEPOT Live, stated: 'This is another huge headline show for Blackweir and Cardiff. Teddy Swims is an absolute vocal powerhouse who has enjoyed an incredible rise to success so we are thrilled to be adding him to our line up for 2026. What a glorious summer we are going to have in Cardiff!'
