Strictly Come Dancing's Bethany Antonia and Nancy Xu became the sixth couple eliminated from the competition after losing the dance-off on the results show.
The pair faced Cach Mercer and Maddie Ingoldsby, performing their Saturday night routines again to win over the judges. Bethany and Nancy danced the Foxtrot to Bleeding Love by Leona Lewis, while Cach and Maddie performed their Waltz to That Ain't You by Mulaa Joans.
Judges split on the decision
The dance-off was one of the closest of the series, with the judges divided on which celebrity should progress. Craig Revel-Horwood and Motsi Mabuse voted to save Bethany and Nancy, while Anton du Beke chose Cach and Maddie.
Head judge Shirley Ballas held the deciding vote this week and chose to save Cach and Maddie, meaning Bethany and Nancy were told their time in the competition had ended.
An emotional Bethany struggled to hold back tears as she thanked Nancy for her support and partnership throughout the show, with Nancy telling her she had made herself and "girls watching at home proud".
Fans react to the result
Viewers were left upset by the outcome and shared their reactions on social media. One fan tweeted: "My heart breaks for the couple that have left I really liked them." Another agreed: "I liked them both so this is a shame."
A third argued: "We have seen it time and again where terrible dancers have been kept in because they are fans' favourites and good dancers sent home." A fourth added: "I predicted this as soon as Shirley was announced as the judge with the casting vote."
Remembrance Sunday tribute
Elsewhere on the results show, Remembrance Sunday was marked with a special group performance from the Strictly professional dancers. The routine was choreographed by Lizzie Gough and opened with British soldiers going to war in a dance inspired by The Monument to the Women of World War II.
Alexis Warr and Aljaž Škorjanec also performed a two-person routine in the tribute to British veterans.
