Love Island star Samie Elishi furiously walked away after boyfriend Tyrique Hyde admitted he 'covered another woman's nipple' at a party. The pair, who appeared in separate series of the ITV2 dating show, are currently enjoying the sun in Marbella, Spain.
In a clip shared by Kick on Instagram, 27-year-old Tyrique approached partner Samie, 26, at a beach party and made a confession during his livestream. Tyrique revealed that while speaking to a girl his brother, Merks, was chatting with, he noticed she had a wardrobe malfunction and had revealed a little too much. The former islander explained: 'The girl that Merks was chatting to had her nipple out, I was chatting to her, I go 'how do you feel about Merks'. I covered it.'
Visibly confused, Samie said: 'What?' as Tyrique repeated what had occurred. Tyrique then pointed to the woman referred to, who had been standing beside him with Merks. Samie queried: 'You covered it?' as he confirmed: 'Yeah, I covered it.' From this point, both of the pair engaged in a stare off with neither knowing what to say next. Having sipped her drink, Samie turned around and walked away while Tyrique sat on a nearby chair, looking down.
The video's caption read: 'Samie Elishi puts Tyrique Hyde in the Dog House after what happened.' Taking to the comments section, fans wrote: 'I actually like Tyrique but what he did was completely out of line and would have me questioning his character if in Samie’s position.' Others commented: 'Honeymoon period coming to an end.' 'Not the girl dancing next to them when she walks off.' 'Well that was awkward.' 'Why is that an issue? If her nipple was showing and he covered it, thank you to him.'
Earlier this year, Samie won series three of Love Island: All Stars alongside Ciaran Davies although the couple split soon after. Samie hard launched her new romance with Tyrique last month, sharing a glimpse at their romantic Morocco trip in Instagram snaps. The new couple landed in Agadir, Morocco, where they are enjoying their first holiday together and testing their new connection.
Samie shared an array of very cosy snaps from the trip, including one of Tyrique cupping her chin and the pair posing together on a dune buggy. Amongst the snaps was another taken by Samie of Tyrique looking down at his phone, while the pair gave a middle finger to the camera in a selfie. 'Motherland,' Samie captioned the snaps as Tyrique replied: 'Helluva life.' Several pals were quick to show support, as TOWIE star Chloe Lewis wrote: 'I love him for you! Glad you’re happy my girl.' Meanwhile fellow Love Islander Tanyel Revan said: 'I LOVE this for you.'
The new couple shared a glimpse into their relationship earlier this week as they enjoyed going on a jet ski ride during their sun-soaked getaway. Taking to TikTok to share a short clip, Tyrique sat behind Samie on the jet ski as the pair cosied up wearing matching life jackets on the ride. The reality stars later worked on their tans as Tyrique snapped a photo of Samie relaxing on a sun lounger.
Last month, Samie hard launched her relationship with Tyrique as she shared a glimpse at their romantic Morocco trip on Instagram. Showing off her jaw-dropping figure, Samie took to Instagram to share a sizzling bikini snap as she modelled a pink two-piece under a green crop top and skirt. Just hours before their flight to Morocco, Samie celebrated becoming W7 Cosmetics' new brand ambassador with a private dinner at The Ivy Asia in London, and told the intimate group about her holiday plans. One source told the Daily Mail: 'Samie was very excited for the trip and told the group about their plans. Everything is falling into place for her with work and her love life. She isn't listening to outside noise about her new connection and is just seeing where it goes.'
