Billy Bob Thornton returns as Tommy Norris in the trailer for ‘Landman’ Season 2, which premieres on Paramount+ on November 16. The trailer features Norris facing the wrath of ex-wife Angela (Ali Larter), his son Cooper (Jacob Lofland) defying his father’s advice, and Demi Moore’s Cami Miller struggling with the dirty side of the oil business.
Returning cast members include Andy Garcia as Gallino, Michelle Randolph as Ainsley, and Sam Elliott joins this season as Tommy’s father. The show set records for Paramount+ with 35 million global streaming viewers for its premiere episode.
Despite being snubbed by the Emmys, Thornton earned a Golden Globe nomination for his role. The series is co-created by Taylor Sheridan and Christian Wallace, and executive produced by a team including Sheridan, David C. Glasser, and Thornton.
