Lee Andrews, the husband of former glamour model Katie Price, has claimed that he will soon appear on the BBC One soap opera EastEnders. In a Cameo video filmed in Dubai, where he is currently unable to leave due to a travel ban, Andrews stated that he has a 'little cameo' lined up for the show and is trying to get his wife involved as well.
Andrews said in the clip, shared by The Sun: 'Between you and me, I’ve got a little cameo coming on EastEnders. I’m trying to get Kate on there as well. I’ve been speaking with the BBC casting director. I’ve got some projects lined up. Let me get to England, let’s do it. Me in the Queen Vic, you know, “Get out of my pub”, I’ll do it.'
EastEnders Denies Any Plans for Lee Andrews
Despite Andrews' claims, Metro can confirm that the soap opera has no intention of featuring him. An EastEnders source told Metro: 'There are no plans for Lee Andrews to appear.' This denial comes as no surprise, given Andrews' history of making misleading statements.
Andrews married Katie Price in January, just days after meeting her and accepting her proposal. Since then, numerous questions have been raised about his background and income. In May, he disappeared for weeks and was later revealed to have been arrested.
Lee Andrews' Controversial Past
Andrews has faced multiple accusations since marrying Price. He initially claimed to be a multi-millionaire business owner and the CEO of Aura Group Future Urban Travel 2027, as well as an investor in SpaceX Hybrid Fitness. His social media profile, which had 111,000 followers, featured photos of him with celebrities like Elon Musk and Kim Kardashian. However, these were later exposed as AI-generated fakes, and his company's website had no verifiable information.
Andrews is also banned from leaving Dubai, reportedly due to a criminal investigation related to fraud. He is alleged to have taken out a £200,000 mortgage in his ex-girlfriend's name without her knowledge. Price confirmed the travel ban but did not provide details.
Other Controversies: Fake Pregnancy and Scam Allegations
Shortly after their relationship began, Price and Andrews teased a pregnancy, with Price urging followers to pay £2.99 to see the results of a pregnancy test. She later confirmed she was not pregnant. Additionally, two of Andrews' exes accused him of being a 'liar, narcissist and manipulator,' and reports emerged that he had begged women for money before marrying Price. His ex Alana called him the 'Tinder Swindler' on Instagram, claiming multiple women had contacted her about his attempts to scam them.
In a recent Cameo video, Andrews also claimed to have adopted Price's five children. Price has children from previous relationships, including Princess, 18, and Junior, 21, with singer Peter Andre. Andrews said: 'I haven’t got children, but we’re trying. I’ve adopted five of them. I love my wife, and I love her children.'
Despite his claims, Andrews remains in Dubai, unable to return to the UK. Price has expressed concerns about his whereabouts and even reported him as a missing person. However, reports suggest he is 'squatting in a slightly run-down villa' and using a burner phone, planning his next move.
