Kaleb Cooper, the 27-year-old star of Clarkson's Farm, has shared that he was left with a severe migraine after a particularly stressful day on the farm. The father-of-three took to Instagram to post a photo of himself sitting in front of a large tractor wheel, captioning it: 'Stressful day today. Now have the biggest migraine ever.' He did not elaborate on the specific cause of the difficult day.
This is not the first time Cooper has opened up about feeling unwell. He previously spoke about the challenges he faced while embarking on his solo national theatre tour, which was sold out. Despite the difficulties, he expressed gratitude for the opportunity, saying he feels 'so lucky'.
Cooper admitted that adjusting to extensive travel and being away from home was tough. However, he found comfort in meeting farmers across the UK and learning new things, such as how onions are grown and how goat farms operate. Reflecting on his experience, he said: 'I'm a little bit more comfortable in terms of travel and I did love meeting lots of farmers around the UK. You learn so much stuff, for example, I learned how onions are grown!'
He added: 'And I went to goat farms where they milk goats, make cheese. It's definitely given me a morale boost - I can do it, Kaleb!' However, he did have one meltdown in Manchester, explaining: 'By that point, the tour bus was my comfort zone. I knew I could open the door and be straight outside. But there, they put me in a hotel on the 50th floor and when I opened my door I was in a narrow corridor and it freaked me out. So I ended up going out and sitting outside from 5am, just knowing that I could get out and away if I needed to.'
Cooper made his debut on the Amazon Prime programme in 2021 and quickly became a familiar face thanks to his expertise at Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm. Since then, he has written a collection of books and embarked on a speaking tour called The World According to Kaleb.
