Sir Tom Jones' final episode as a coach on The Voice UK 2026 airs tonight (Saturday, October 31), marking the end of an era for the ITV series. Monique, Nanà, Frank and Cate will take to the stage for the last time, with one of them set to win a Universal Music Group recording contract, a £50,000 cash prize and a luxury holiday.
The contestants will perform solo as well as duet with their coaches Kelly Rowland, will.i.am, Tom Fletcher, Danny Jones and Sir Tom. Because the entire series was pre-recorded, fans watching at home cannot vote by phone, app or text to choose the winner, a feature that has often sparked criticism from viewers expecting a live interactive element. The champion is instead determined solely by the studio audience present during the filming of the final.
Ella Eyre to perform in the final
MOBO and Brit Award-winning artist Ella Eyre will perform during the final, belting out her 2025 single "Hell Yeah" ahead of host Emma Willis revealing the name of the winner.
The final marks not only Sir Tom's last episode but also the last for host Emma Willis and coaches Tom Fletcher and Danny Jones, following the announcement that the four stars will not return next year.
New coaches and hosts for Series 15
Emma Willis has recently become the host of Strictly Come Dancing alongside Johannes Radebe and Josh Widdicombe and will be replaced by Alesha Dixon and Stacey Solomon as hosts for Series 15. The famous red chairs will see the arrival of two new coaches making their debut: platinum-selling rap artist Aitch and global pop icon Cheryl, who begin their hunt for the nation's next vocal powerhouse. They will join Kelly Rowland, who returns for a second series as a coach, and long-standing The Voice UK legend will.i.am.
ITV said in a statement: "We would like to thank the irreplaceable Sir Tom Jones for all his years on The Voice UK, and the countless incredible and unforgettable moments he gave the show. He has brought joy to audiences, and to every singer who performed for him and with him."
"We also thank Emma Willis, Tom Fletcher and Danny Jones for their brilliant contributions, and who all brought so much dedication, expertise and energy to The Voice UK and wish them the very best of luck as they embark on their next chapters."
Petition to reinstate Sir Tom
A petition to reinstate Sir Tom has attracted over 76,000 signatures since the Welsh singer announced that ITV offered him a "much-reduced role". In a social media post, he explained: "They are offering a much-reduced role where I would make an appearance but without being actually involved from the start, and I'm not thrilled about that. So the only thing I know right now is that there's never a good time to fire an 86-year-old who's still pretty good at his job."
A spokesperson for The Voice said: "We have loved working with Sir Tom Jones over the past nine years on The Voice UK. While he will no longer be a full-time coach on series 15, we continue to talk to Sir Tom and his team about his involvement in the next series."
Next Saturday (November 7), ITV airs France v Fiji in the Nationals Championship, with Lauren Salter presenting all the action from the match at Groupama Stadium in Lyon. The Voice UK Final airs at 8.30pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
