Industry Season 4 Adds Kal Penn, Charlie Heaton and Claire Forlani

The HBO/BBC finance drama 'Industry' has announced three new cast members for its upcoming fourth season. Kal Penn, best known for 'Designated Survivor', 'Stranger Things' star Charlie Heaton, and Claire Forlani from 'Departure' will join the ensemble.

Penn will play Jay Jonah Atterbury, CEO and co-founder of payment processor Tender, a company set to be a major focus in Season 4. Heaton will portray Jim Dycker, a finance journalist, while Forlani takes on the role of Cordelia Hanani-Spyrka, a corporate PR heavyweight.

They join previously announced new cast members Max Minghella, Kiernan Shipka, Jack Farthing, Toheeb Jimoh and Amy James-Kelly. Minghella plays Whitney Halberstram, Tender's CFO and co-founder; Shipka portrays executive assistant Haley Clay; Farthing plays Edward Smith, a troublemaker and friend of Henry (Kit Harington); Jimoh is Kwabena Bannerman, a trader at Mostyn Asset Management; and James-Kelly plays Jennifer Bevan, a newly promoted Labour government minister.

Returning cast includes Myha'la, Marisa Abela, Ken Leung, Sagar Radia, Harington and Miriam Petche. Filming on the eight-episode season, produced by Bad Wolf, has begun in the UK.

'Industry' was created, written and executive produced by Mickey Down and Konrad Kay. The series offers an insider's view of high finance, following young bankers navigating the pressure-cooker environment of international bank Pierpoint & Co's London office.
