The BBC has confirmed the return of its popular dating show 'I Kissed a Girl' for a second and final season, set to premiere on June 23 on BBC iPlayer. Hosted by Dannii Minogue, the series is the first UK dating show for queer women, following the success of 'I Kissed a Boy' in 2023.

The announcement came via an Instagram post teasing the new season: 'Let the flirting begin. #IKissedAGirl coming to iPlayer on the 23rd of June.' The post described the show as 'loud, proud and starts with a kiss as Dannii Minogue plays cupid to ten single ladies. It's a heartbreaking, heart-racing hot girl queer summer.'
However, the BBC also revealed that this season would be the last, with 10 episodes marking the end of the series. Reports cite cost-cutting measures as the reason for the cancellation.
