Zaralena Jackson, best known for her appearance on the reality series Ex On The Beach, has married her partner Shaun Iddon. The couple exchanged vows at Merrydale Manor in Knutsford, Cheshire, this week in a romantic ceremony that left guests in awe.
A Stunning Bride and Groom
The 34-year-old reality star, who gained fame on the 2017 series, looked breathtaking in a strapless bridal gown adorned with intricate, sparkly beading. She complemented the dress with a delicate lace veil and carried a classic bouquet of white roses, exuding elegance as she walked down the aisle. Shaun Iddon, her now-husband, cut a dapper figure in a stone-coloured suit, and was visibly emotional, wiping away tears as Zaralena approached.

Zaralena took to Instagram to share the joyful news with her followers. Posting a picture of their wedding rings, she simply captioned it: 'we did it.' She also shared a glimpse of their final night before the big day, which featured the couple relaxing in the bath with face masks. In the post, she wrote: 'Thank you for all your gorgeous messages, I'll reply once the wedding madness is over. And now, pamper and a good night's sleep before our big day.'
From Engagement to Marriage
The couple got engaged on Christmas Day last year. At the time, Zaralena proudly displayed her stunning diamond ring and announced: 'Sooo… I’ve woke up with a Fiancé.' Since then, they have been planning their dream wedding, which culminated in the beautiful ceremony at Merrydale Manor.
Life Beyond Reality TV
After her stint on Ex On The Beach, Zaralena has carved a career as a model and influencer. She has also been open about her battle with alopecia, a condition she was diagnosed with in 2021. She described the experience as watching 'your identity being stripped away before your eyes,' after a bald patch on her head grew rapidly, eventually leaving her entirely bald and without any body hair. She spoke about the emotional toll, saying: 'Losing all your hair, especially at a young age, leaves you feeling like a deer in the headlights. It's not just the hair on your head but losing all your eyebrows and eyelashes is the worst feeling ever. It makes you look ill and it's devastating.'
Zaralena has used her platform to raise awareness and support others with the condition. She noted: 'I'm doing it as much for everyone else who has messaged me to say they are struggling to cope with this condition. It can ruin people's mental health, even though it is viewed as cosmetic. I'd love to get my hair back but either way, I have learnt to feel comfortable in my own skin whereas some people never get used to their hair loss.'
The couple celebrated their union with a kiss in front of a beautiful backdrop of the manor's grounds, marking the start of their new life together.
