Emmerdale's Sadie King (Patsy Kensit) is set to continue her manipulative games with Caleb Miligan (William Ash), as spoilers for the Thursday, November 5 episode reveal she is playing the long game to win him over.
Sadie, tasked by Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) to spy on Caleb and punish him for his role in Dawn's (Olivia Bromley) demise, has seemingly developed feelings for Caleb. She lied to Joe, claiming she ended their deal and did not sleep with Caleb. However, Joe confronted Caleb, revealing Sadie's role as his spy, and Caleb admitted to the affair.
Sadie's ulterior motives
When Caleb quizzed Sadie about her alliance with Joe, she assured him she would not reveal their night of passion and admitted she has started to fall for him. Despite appearing to keep quiet, Sadie has ulterior motives, making it clear she is playing the long game and is intent on getting what she wants—Caleb.
With Sadie intent on winning Caleb's affection, her next move remains unclear. She seems to have won his trust with her assurances, but viewers will see how far she will go to rip him away from wife Ruby (Beth Cordingly).
Elsewhere in the village
Nicola King (Nicola Wheeler) is at rock bottom and throws all her customers out at the cafe. Kev (Chris Coghill) comes to her aid, offering a friendly ear. Nicola admits she misses Jimmy's (Nick Miles) snoring and is unable to sleep without it. Kev suggests a change of scenery and offers his bed. When she still cannot sleep, she lies beside a snoring Kev on the floor.
At Wishing Well, Kammy (Shebz Miah) finds a wreath of dead flowers addressed to Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper) and fears it is related to Tom King's (James Chase) impending release from prison.
Emmerdale airs these scenes Thursday, November 5 at 8pm on ITV1 or streams from 7am on ITVX or YouTube.
