Dua Lipa and Callum Turner Marry in London Before Sicily Bash

Pop superstar Dua Lipa, 30, and actor Callum Turner, 36, have officially tied the knot during a private ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall in London. The couple, who got engaged in December 2024, are now preparing for a more extravagant three-day wedding celebration in Sicily starting Thursday, June 4.

Intimate Ceremony in London

The newlyweds were seen leaving the registry office surrounded by friends and family tossing confetti. Lipa opted for a Schiaparelli Haute Couture ensemble by American designer Daniel Roseberry, featuring a tailored ivory blazer and a matching asymmetric skirt, paired with a wide-brimmed white hat. Turner looked dapper in a dark navy suit with a matching shirt and tie.

The Marylebone registry office has a history of hosting celebrity weddings, including those of Sir Paul McCartney and Liam Gallagher.

Sicilian Extravaganza Ahead

According to The Sun, the couple will soon head to Sicily for a three-day event. A source revealed, "They have rented out multiple huge venues for the multi-event extravaganza." Guests rumored to attend include Charli XCX and Sir Elton John. Designer Simon Porte Jacquemus, founder of the fashion label Jacquemus, is said to have created one of the dresses Lipa will wear during the celebrations.

Relationship Timeline

Lipa and Turner first sparked romance rumors in January 2024 when they attended a Masters of the Air party in London, after Turner starred in the Apple TV+ series. They went public later that year and were spotted hand-in-hand at Glastonbury Festival after Lipa headlined the Pyramid Stage.

In October 2024, Turner revealed that the couple lives by the rule "it's never not worth it" to travel long distances to see each other.

Before going public, Lipa spoke about finding her confidence again after previous relationships. In an interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1, she said, "In terms of relationships, I needed to get to this place in order to find what I really needed. You have to be in the act of forgiveness and growing and learning, and being okay with the past in order to move on with what's to come next."

She added, "I think with every relationship, with every experience you learn about yourself, you learn about things that are hurtful to you, what you expect, what you should be ready to give as well."
