Next week on Coronation Street, Nina Lucas (Mollie Gallagher) bids an emotional farewell as she departs Weatherfield for a new job in Whitby, while Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney) faces a harrowing episode linked to her dementia.
Nina's heartfelt goodbye
Before leaving, Nina makes a final stop at Seb Franklin's memorial garden, where Abi Webster (Sally Carman) finds her. They share a touching conversation, reminiscing about Seb. When Nina apologises for surviving the attack that killed him, Abi reassures her, saying that although she would change some things, Nina would not be one of them.
Gemma's health fears
Elsewhere, Gemma Winter (Dolly-Rose Campbell) is shaken after learning that breast cancer runs in her family following a relative's death. She confides in Kit Green (Jacob Roberts), who appears distracted and leaves quickly as Gemma worries about her own risk and that of her daughters.
Debbie's dementia relapse
In the salon, Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon) finds Debbie reliving her hairdressing days, giving Bethany Platt (Lucy Fallon) an 80s-style makeover. When Debbie picks up scissors to offer a Diana-inspired trim, Maria tries to take them, but Debbie becomes confused and distressed, forcing Bethany to explain what happened.
