Megan's Trial Takes a Turn

The Driscolls are shocked when Megan's mother Janine shows up, claiming she wants to help and apologizing for her daughter's behavior. Told to leave, Janine heads back to Megan's car, admitting there's no sign of Will. Soon, Janine is convinced by Megan's tearful lies that Will took advantage of her. Janine finds Will, but what will she say to him?

As Will's family fuss over him, his pre-recorded statement is read out in court. His barrister questions him, but can Will stay strong? When Ben takes the stand, he is brutally cross-examined by Adam. In the dock, Megan paints herself as the innocent party and questions Ben's parenting. Later, Will tearfully visits Tim, saying he's messed everything up.

Will's Second Chance

Later in the week, Will learns the judge will let him testify again. He plans to tell the full truth and enters the witness box, preparing to give evidence. But can he go through with it? The outcome of the trial hangs in the balance.

Sam's Concern Over Megan's Trial

Nick and Toyah are pleased to hear Sam should be well enough to be discharged by the end of the week. But they are concerned when Sam says he wants to attend Megan's trial. Soon, he frets that Megan might not be found guilty and may want revenge. Nick worries about how the ongoing court case will affect Sam, so he lies to him that everything went to plan at Megan's trial. However, Hope makes it obvious that there's something Sam doesn't know, and Sam confronts Nick over his lies.

Summer's Drinking and Leanne's Absence

Asha, Nina, and Amy are concerned for Summer when they find her drinking with a group of guys she's just met. When the girls ask to see Summer and share their concerns, Asha is distracted by the arrival of Sienna. With Sienna stood up by her date, the girls urge Asha to swoop in. Meanwhile, Idris invites Leanne out for lunch, and they head back to the hotel. The next day, a furious Toyah arrives to confront Leanne for missing her visit with Sam.
