Brookside legend Tinhead is set to make a dramatic return to Hollyoaks next week, with his arrival linked to a shocking secret. The character, played by Philip Olivier, was last seen during the crossover episode in October, when Marie Fielding moved to Brookside Close. Now, he is revealed as the secret lover of Liberty Savage.
In upcoming episodes, Liberty is seen smiling after a date and shares details with John Paul McQueen. When Sienna Blake returns home upset, Liberty comforts her. Suddenly, a man emerges from her sister's bedroom — it's Tinhead. Later, Sienna heads to Jez Blake's shed with destructive intentions, only to hear movement inside. She flees and spots a van driving away, with Tinhead at the wheel.
Viewers will be left wondering why Tinhead is lurking around Jez's old stomping ground. Jez, Sienna's serial killer father, met a tragic off-screen death after a plane crash caused by a mid-air altercation with Clare Devine. The crash resulted in the death of Peri Lomax, and Jez's body was never recovered.
