ITV has confirmed a special reunion show for this year's Big Brother housemates, with AJ Odudu and Will Best returning as hosts. The episode, titled Big Brother: The Reunion, will air on ITV2 and ITVX on Friday, November 6.
The announcement comes as the current series heads towards its finale, with former contestants set to reunite outside the famous house for one last get-together. ITV has promised "big revelations, unfinished business and plenty of drama", suggesting the reunion could be as fiery as the series itself.
Record Streaming and High Tensions
The special follows a dramatic series that has attracted a whopping 202 million streams on ITVX, as viewers followed the latest twists, arguments and evictions. Tensions between housemates have reached boiling point in recent episodes, with a notable clash earlier this week when Philip confronted Twinks in the lounge after she discussed the house's dynamics and suggested a clear hierarchy among contestants, leaving Twinks upset.
Their exchange came after a string of explosive rows involving Rochelle, Johanne, Pauline and Lynx, while other housemates have also struggled with the pressure of living under one roof. With emotions running high and unresolved disagreements still hanging in the air, the reunion could give contestants a chance to revisit their biggest clashes.
Producers and Commissioners React
David Smyth, ITV's Commissioner for Entertainment and Reality, said: "Big Brother has created some of the most iconic and talked-about moments in reality TV this year, and we’re looking forward to reuniting our Housemates to reflect on their unforgettable journeys. Viewers can expect plenty of surprises, laughter, and perhaps a few scores to settle."
Kate Manley, Managing Director at Initial, also praised the series and confirmed the production team was delighted to be bringing the contestants back together. She said: "Big Brother 2026 has been an absolutely fantastic series. Our incredible Housemates have given us some unforgettable TV moments, and we couldn’t be happier with the success of the series. We’re thrilled that ITV have asked us to make a reunion show – what better way to round off an incredible series by bringing everyone together to look back at their time in the iconic Big Brother House."
