Jasmine Harman helped couple Clare and Paul secure their dream Costa Blanca villa after the sellers threw in a car as part of the deal.
The Channel 4 programme returned on Monday (November 2) with Jasmine Harman presenting. She was tasked with finding Clare and Paul a home in northern Costa Blanca.
With a budget of £450k and having already sold their UK home, the couple were keen to find their ideal property. Jasmine presented them with several stunning homes.
Second Viewing Impresses Couple
The first option did not appeal to the couple, who have three grown-up children, but the second viewing captured their attention.
On arriving at the four-bedroom villa, which spans three levels, Clare said: "Wow," as Paul added: "You've done us proud with this one." Jasmine replied: "And you've not even gone inside yet!"
Jasmine then revealed: "And guess what? The car is included as well!" Paul quipped: "Even better." Clare added: "Something we're looking for." Jasmine said: "So you know, it's all basically handed on a plate isn't it!" Paul replied: "It's a sign."
Property Features and Offer
The trio then explored the property, which featured an "amazing" private saltwater pool, spectacular views and a balcony. Clare and Paul were thoroughly impressed, suggesting it could be a serious contender.
The pair told Jasmine they were keen to submit an offer on the property. Despite their limited knowledge of the locality, Paul raved about the generous villa.
The offer sat marginally above their budget at £457,000, so they opened with £360,000. Jasmine later learned the offer had been turned down, with the vendors countering at just over £386,000. Paul countered with £367,000, which was also declined.
Deal Finalised
The sellers then came back with £378,000 and sweetened the deal by including all the furnishings within the property. The couple accepted the proposal, with Jasmine saying: "I couldn't be happier for you!"
