Thieves ransacked a home in Pocklington, Yorkshire, and stole a Jaguar XE-R Sport in a brazen daylight burglary on Saturday, December 2, between 13:20 and 13:45.
According to Humberside Police, the suspects rang the doorbell to check if anyone was home before breaking in through a rear window. Once inside, they ransacked drawers and stole jewellery, leaving behind two iPads and several computers.
The raiders found two sets of car keys inside the house and escaped in the £30,000 sports car. CCTV footage shows the stolen Jaguar being followed by a blue Ford Fiesta and a silver BMW.
Police later tracked the stolen Jaguar, which had been abandoned. Two men are being sought in connection with the burglary; images from CCTV show one suspect covering his face and another wearing gloves attempting to break into the vehicle.
