Queen Camilla's Sweet Confession About King Charles and Dog Moley
Queen Camilla's Confession About King Charles and Dog Moley

Queen Camilla made a confession about her husband, King Charles, and her dog, a lip reader has claimed. The Queen was caught on camera chatting with an officer wearing the Rifles uniform while the royals waited for the Sultan of Oman under the royal dais on Thatchet Road during his state visit to the UK.

Lip Reader Reveals Conversation

Lip-reading expert Nicola Hickling told the Daily Express that Camilla had spoken about her rescue dog Moley, who joined the royal family in February 2025. Hickling said Camilla told the officer that Moley is "such an angel" and revealed that Charles thinks Moley is a "horror".

Camilla said, according to the expert: "She [Moley] is so adorable. She tries to go off and takes the treats in the store, and she is so clever. She doesn't cause a shambles though. Yes, yes."

State Visit Amid Rain

Sultan Haitham bin Tarik Al Said was greeted by Charles, Camilla and the Prince and Princess of Wales outside Windsor and Eton Riverside station amid autumnal downpours. The visit cements ties between two military allies.

Oman is a key Middle East ally of the UK. The visit comes as America's war against Iran continues, with the vital shipping route of the Strait of Hormuz, close to the coast of Oman, a key pinch point. British forces have trained alongside Omani forces for decades, and Duqm is an important port town in Oman hosting a major UK strategic military presence.

Harry's Interview Overshadows Visit

The visit is likely to be overshadowed by Prince Harry's interview with GQ magazine, where he said he "wants it to work out" with his family amid their rift but claimed that others "don't want to". He also spoke about the health of his father, who has cancer, saying: "Yes but, you know, he's getting better."

Reports in the Middle East media suggest the King and Sultan are expected to discuss regional and international developments and explore ways to enhance bilateral coordination during the state visit.
