Prince Harry at Warrior Games Without Meghan Markle

Prince Harry has been pictured at the 2026 Warrior Games in San Antonio, Texas, without his wife Meghan Markle. The photos, released on Instagram by @warriorcarephotos, show Harry posing with attendees and participants of the event, which took place last month.

Harry's Longstanding Support for the Warrior Games

Harry, who served in the British Army for a decade, first attended the Warrior Games in 2013, a year before he launched the Invictus Games. He also returned to San Diego for the event in 2023. The Instagram posts captioned the images: "...From meeting athletes and their families to engaging with partners across the military and veteran community, it was an honor to be part of this inspiring event. We even had a special visit from Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex!" Another post stated: "Prince Harry Visits the Warrior Games. The 2026 Warrior Games brought together athletes, families, caregivers, and supporters to celebrate recovery through adaptive sports."

Upcoming UK Visit for Invictus Games Countdown

Prince Harry is scheduled to travel to the UK next week for the one-year countdown event for the 2027 Invictus Games, which will be held in Birmingham next July. The 41-year-old royal is expected to travel alongside Meghan and their children, seven-year-old Prince Archie and five-year-old Princess Lilibet.

Security Concerns Cast Doubt on Family's UK Trip

Although Meghan and the children were due to travel, doubts emerged last week after the Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures (RAVEC) "paused" the independent Risk Management Board (RMB) without explanation. The Duke of Sussex's office had been informed previously that the issue would be resolved by March. A spokesperson for Harry said he "continues to explore every available option to enable the visit to proceed safely and to give his children the opportunity to enjoy the UK."
