Meghan Markle has a UK game plan that means she isn't going to "hide away" now she's in Britain, a PR expert has said. Since Meghan and Prince Harry relocated to the UK last month with their two children, only the duke has made public appearances.
While Meghan, 45, has been seen out and about, she is yet to attend an official public engagement with her husband. This has led some to speculate what her game plan in the UK could be. Although Meghan has not stepped out into the spotlight so far, a PR expert thinks it could only be a matter of time that she starts to step out.
Expert's View on Meghan's Strategy
Talking to New Magazine, PR expert Dermot McNamara said: "Meghan doesn't necessarily have to set out to steal William and Catherine's headlines for that to happen.
"She generates headlines simply by appearing and existing, but I don't think her game plan is, 'How do I overshadow Kate?'
"I think it's much more likely to be, 'How do I build this new British chapter without allowing everything I do to be dictated by what the royal family is doing?'
Life Back in Britain
"Ultimately, Meghan doesn't appear to be returning to Britain apologetically and she's certainly not going to hide away."
Since moving back to the UK almost a month ago, Meghan has shared snippets of what life back in Britain feels like. This included a video reel of the family enjoying time outdoors, with clips showing Harry, Archie and Lilibet fishing. Another clip showed Lilibet cycling along with her older brother Archie running by her side.
The location of where the family are living in the UK has not been revealed for security reasons.
