Coronation Street spoilers for next week have confirmed two new cast members arriving on the cobbles: paramedic Sienna Milburn's mother Sadie, and Tim Metcalfe's cousin Richie, whom he hasn't seen in years.
Sienna's Mother Arrives
In forthcoming scenes, Debbie Webster, who has been diagnosed with early onset vascular dementia, attempts to help a woman called Sadie who is searching for her daughter. However, Debbie is left shocked when Sadie becomes sharp with her.
Sienna hurries over to her mum in the street, but Sadie fails to recognise her and becomes aggressive. Sienna declines Asha's offer of assistance and carefully guides her mum away. Debbie observes, distressed to recognise this as a preview of her own future. Later in the week, Asha and Sienna explore her mum's dementia and different care possibilities, researching nursing homes.
Tim's Cousin Richie
Elsewhere, Tim is taken aback to collect his cousin Richie, whom he hasn't encountered in years, as a passenger in the precinct. With wife Sally absent, Tim welcomes Richie round for drinks with his mates. While Tim and Richie recall memories from their youth, Tim's best mate Steve McDonald feels left out. Once the group departs, Richie opens up to Tim regarding his troubled marriage. Tim provides him with accommodation for the evening, which Richie gratefully accepts.

Actress Elizabeth Rider, 68, takes on the character of Sadie. She is most recognised for her portrayal of DCC Andrea Wise in Line of Duty between 2019 and 2021. Additional credits include Judge Isobel Cavendish in Showtrial, Lady Justice Spencer in Informer, Mrs. Betts in Lady Chatterley's Lover, Peggy in Call the Midwife, Maureen Smith in Waking the Dead, Helen Braithwaite in At Home with the Braithwaites, and Nurse Jill Green in EastEnders.
Actor Nathan Sussex, 51, portrays Tim's cousin Richie. He is most widely recognised for his role as Buster Smith in Hollyoaks between 2018 and 2021. Further credits include The Good Ship Murder, Believe Me, and Midsomer Murders.
