Lilibet and Charlotte share a love of gymnastics

Princess Lilibet and Princess Charlotte share a love of gymnastics, it has emerged. Meghan Markle revealed her daughter's enthusiasm for the sport during a visit to Nottingham, while Prince William has previously spoken about Charlotte's similar passion.

Meghan reveals Lilibet's hobby

During their first joint appearance since returning to the UK, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle visited the Community Recording Studio in Nottingham. Speaking to young children at the studio, Meghan reportedly asked them during a confidence-building workshop: "When do you feel most yourself?"

When someone answered that it was during their favourite hobby, doing gymnastics, Meghan responded: "My daughter’s doing gymnastics right now. She loves it."

Charlotte's gymnastics and ballet

Earlier this year, Prince William also revealed that Charlotte "loves gymnastics and ballet". During a family day out at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Charlotte was presented with her own signed Team Wales leotard.

Princess Catherine also shared that Charlotte is not the only gymnastics lover among the siblings, with Louis following in his sister's footsteps, according to Woman and Home. She said: "Louis, you’re perfecting your handstand at the moment," to which the eight-year-old responded: "But Charlotte says I’m not very good."

Royal cousins' relationship

It is unknown whether the cousins will meet while the Sussexes are back in the UK. George, Charlotte, and Louis have all met Archie as a baby in 2019, but none have met Lilibet. With the rift between William and Harry still present, it is unknown when the young royals will have the chance to build a family bond.
