Kate Middleton Reveals Prince Louis's Adorable Autumn Obsession

The Princess of Wales has shared a charming insight into the hobbies of her youngest son, Prince Louis, revealing that the eight-year-old is currently obsessed with collecting conkers. During a visit to Frogmore Gardens with the US First Lady last autumn, Kate Middleton told Chief Scout Dwayne Fields that the family keeps finding conkers 'everywhere' — in cupboards, in his bed, and even in his toy trucks.

Louis has a wide range of interests beyond his autumnal collecting. He is active in sports, including tennis, and has expressed a desire to become a Wimbledon ball boy. His mother also described his rugby playing style as 'kamikaze' due to his enthusiastic approach. At home, Prince William has noted that Louis has taken up the drums, a fact the Prince of Wales shared with musicians Ronnie Wood and Mark Knopfler.

In March of this year, during a visit to Leicester, Kate revealed that her children love dancing, particularly Louis. After watching a performance by Bollywood dancers, she remarked that Louis 'would love' the routine. The Princess also spoke about the importance of teaching her children kindness, respect, and honesty, values she learned from her own parents, and emphasised that these qualities are as crucial as academic or sporting achievements.
