Prince Harry owes Queen Camilla an "outstanding debt" after his attacks in his memoir Spare, according to royal author Robert Jobson. The Duke of Sussex is set to return to the UK with his wife and children within days, with their return revealed only last week.
The couple, who moved to the US in 2020, told King Charles about their plans just three days before they were made public. Following the move to America, Harry's feud with the Royal Family deepened, and he made a series of claims in his 2023 memoir.
Expert says apology chances slim
Speaking about his stepmother, Harry referred to Camilla as "dangerous" and "evil", noting that he joined forces with his brother to try and convince his father not to marry her. Jobson told the Daily Mail: "He wrote that she had 'sacrificed' him 'on her personal PR altar.' Camilla kept quiet. The debt to his brother has not been paid either."
Jobson also claimed the chances of Harry apologising to his family "are slim". Speaking of the possibility, he added: "But if the monarchy is going to unite, it is essential."
Children enrolled in UK schools
Writing in his memoir about the King's decision to marry Camilla, Harry said: "We pumped his hand, wished him well. No hard feelings. We recognised that he was finally going to be with the woman he loved, the woman he'd always loved."
In addition to planning where they will live, Meghan is said to have "toured two schools" during their visit last month. Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet are now reportedly enrolled in schools in Britain, ready for the new school term next month.
