Harry and Meghan told to disappear professionally after flop

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been told to take a back seat in future projects after the launch of their latest venture. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex recently released their documentary Cookie Queens, which follows four Girl Scouts competing to become top cookie sellers.

The film, produced through the couple’s production company Archewell Productions, enjoyed limited success, with one royal commentator claiming that the pair should “disappear professionally” and stop relying on their celebrity brand to carry projects through.

Royal commentator’s advice

Kinsey Schofield told Page Six: “I would tell them to disappear professionally for a little while, dramatically reduce the number of announcements, and identify one genuinely compelling project with experienced people around them who know how to execute it.”

The advice comes as the couple face scrutiny over their recent output, with critics suggesting they need to pivot away from celebrity-driven content.
