Harry and Meghan row 'getting ugly' after King Charles bombshell

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have suffered a humiliating setback this week following King Charles's confirmation that they are to remain non-working royals and be treated as "private citizens" during their return to the UK.

Shortly after the King's announcement, Uganda officially withdrew from Harry's Invictus Games. The country's military chief said the decision was made out of reverence for King Charles, following a palace letter clarifying the Sussexes' non-working royal status.

Broadcaster's seven-word takedown

LBC's Shelagh Fogarty reacted to the news of Uganda pulling out of the Invictus Games with a blistering seven-word takedown. The broadcaster explained that in defence of Harry and Meghan, she often compares him to her cousin Zara Tindall, a British equestrian and the daughter of Princess Anne.

"I make the comparison with Zara Phillips who clearly has a job," she explained. "She's an incredibly successful equestrian."
