Harry and Meghan Face Being Outshone by Waleses

An opinion piece has suggested that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be overshadowed by the Prince and Princess of Wales and their children within the next 10 to 15 years.

Writing for the Daily Express, reporter Adam Toms looked ahead to the future of the Sussexes, predicting that the couple will pale in comparison to the Wales family as they carry out their royal duties.

A Changing of the Guard

Toms suggested that in a decade and a half, William, the Prince of Wales, may be King, with Catherine as his Queen. Their two oldest children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, would have finished their schooling and entered the royal fold, possibly carrying out their own engagements by then.

Prince Louis, who Toms noted has already shown charisma and an ability to make people smile, may be there in support. This combination, he argued, would be ideal to carry the monarchy forward and keep it relevant in the modern age.

The Sussexes' Predicted Fate

The opinion piece predicted that Meghan may still be trying to get her lifestyle brand, As Ever, off the ground, though it would not have reached the level of global dominance she dreams of.

Toms imagined the couple living somewhere in America basically as outcasts, similar to the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, as there are no signs that William is going to forgive them for their actions.

Barring a sudden, unexpected reversal of their fortunes, perhaps an apology and eventual reacceptance back into the royal fold, this is the fate they are heading for, according to the piece.
