Princess Eugenie has reportedly severed all contact with her father, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, following the Jeffrey Epstein scandal. The Duke of York, stripped of his royal titles in October, is said to be 'devastated' by the estrangement from his younger daughter.
According to a source quoted in the Mail on Sunday, Eugenie, 35, refuses to speak to her father and did not visit him at Christmas. She instead joined the royal family in Sandringham with her elder sister, Princess Beatrice. The source described the situation as 'Brooklyn Beckham level' of complete cutoff.
Eugenie, who founded The Anti-Slavery Collective to combat sex trafficking, is reportedly upset over her father's refusal to apologise to Epstein's victims. Meanwhile, Beatrice is attempting to maintain a relationship with Andrew, having invited him to the christening of her 11-month-old daughter Athena in London last month. However, it remains unclear whether Eugenie spoke to her father at the event.
The disgraced former prince is preparing to leave Royal Lodge, his home on the Windsor Estate for two decades, by the end of January. He will move to a smaller property on the Sandringham Estate until renovations are completed on Marsh Farm, his new permanent home, at Easter.
A source told Hello! Magazine that Andrew's ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, will not move with him to Sandringham. She is considering options including Eugenie's home in Portugal while she searches for a permanent residence.
