A former confidant of Doria told The Mail on Sunday that she is like the key royal, as she follows the saying made famous by the late monarch. They told the publication: "She is like the Queen - she never complains and never explains."
The saying has been described as a guiding philosophy for the late Queen's public life, meaning she stayed silent during crises rather than arguing or defending herself.
Close bond with Harry and grandchildren
In addition to Meghan's close relationship with her mum, a source previously told The Sun that Harry is also very close to Doria. They said: "Harry obviously doesn't have a mum whom he can turn to for advice, but he has always been incredibly close to Doria and never more so than now."
