Bella Hadid dazzled the internet with a sultry wellness session this weekend, going topless and lifting weights in a sauna while on a retreat with Alo, the brand she is an ambassador for.
The 30-year-old supermodel strategically covered her chest with dumbbells to avoid showing too much on Instagram. She was seen beaming in the sauna, wearing a tiny burgundy bikini while working up a sweat. She also got to work in a pink sports bra during a reformer pilates session.
Ambassador Role and Personal Reflection
Bella quipped: "I've officially moved in @alo." In August, she discussed how "blessed" she feels to be the face of Alo, saying: "Being comfortable in your body, being comfortable in stillness, in silence, with only your breath and your heartbeat, and this moment."
She added: "I value the feeling of being fully myself. The freedom to move through life with an open heart, guided by intuition, surrounded by love, giving myself grace to grow. When my mind is clear and calm, everything seems to fall right into place."
Health Battle and Changed Perspective
The deal came weeks after she suffered a flare-up during her ongoing battle with chronic neurological Lyme disease. She told Elle: "Success means something completely different to me now than it did a few years ago. I used to think it was about always working, always saying yes, always chasing the next thing."
She continued: "Now it feels a lot more simple. It's having the space to wake up and actually enjoy my life, take care of myself, spend time with the people I love, and feel present in the moments that matter. The more I listen to myself and live in a way that feels honest, the more grounded and confident I become."
Bella had been suffering from brain fog, and things got so bad at one point that she couldn't take a shower without fainting. The model was diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2012, when she was 16 years old.
Ongoing Self-Care Rituals
Bella continued: "As I've gotten older, I've realized how important it is to create space for myself. Whether that's slowing down, moving my body, or just taking a moment to reconnect, those little rituals have become such a big part of how I take care of myself."
