Celebrity Traitors viewers believe they have spotted an error that 'confirms' the next murder, after the Traitors outsmarted the Faithfuls at the start of another week of the hit series.
The current series began on the BBC on October 1 when host Claudia Winkleman selected two of the 21 celebrity contestants to play the role of Traitor – one of which was actor Richard E Grant, who promptly announced himself as a traitor to the startled reaction of the other players.
Penultimate Week Underway
The second-ever run of The Traitors spin-off, set in a stunning castle in the Scottish Highlands, follows the success of the first series won by Traitor Alan Carr last year. The penultimate week of the reality gameshow got underway on Thursday night (October 22).
After almost a week's wait, it was revealed that Ross Kemp was killed by the Traitors, Maya Jama, James Acaster and new recruit King Kenny, in plain sight. The trio had to "bore someone to death" by spraying perfume from a peacock bottle and encouraging a Faithful to yawn to inhale the perfume. As they tried to make Jerry or Ross yawn, the soap star broke first, with James sealing the deal by saying: "Sorry, am I boring you?"
Roundtable and Banishment
The evening also saw the contestants complete a mission that involved building a shield, with anyone who completed it protected from that night's murder, before the players headed to the latest roundtable. There, Jerry received the most votes and was forced to leave the castle, after being completely unaware she had survived the murder in plain sight.
She fell under suspicion after fellow players claimed she was stirring the pot and behaving a little chaotically. As she revealed her identity, she said: "I've loved being with you all. I've had the most fun. I haven't laughed so much in years. Truly its been a great pleasure. I'm sorry I made some mistakes but I have always been a Faithful. I told you. I love y'all."
Viewers Spot Letter Clue
The game went on, as James, Maya and Kenny headed back to the turret to discuss who their next victim should be. As they came to the decision, Kenny was seen scrawling on the letter that would be given to the murdered Faithful, and Celebrity Traitors viewers think it has already been revealed who it is ahead of Friday's (October 23) episode.
