Former Traitors Contestant Reveals Breakfast Scenes Are Not As Appetising As They Look

Former contestant Ivan Brett has revealed that the breakfast scenes on BBC's The Traitors are not as delicious as they appear on screen. Brett, who was a Faithful on the first series, took to X to disclose that the breakfast is 'really dry and not very nice'.

He suggested that the food may be stale due to the time it takes to film the contestants entering the room and greeting each other. Fellow contestant Evie Morrison agreed, noting that stress eating is real during the scenes.

Fans expressed disappointment, with one commenting that the fruit 'looks so sumptuous' but is apparently not. Another joked that the bad food is another tactic of the show, saying 'the mind games are happening at every level'.

The breakfast scenes are a staple of the show, where contestants gather to find out who was murdered the previous night. Despite the unappetising reality, the scenes remain a fan favourite.
