A contestant from the latest series of BBC's The Traitors has disclosed a secret he kept hidden from fellow players during his time in the castle. Keith, a 65-year-old Faithful, was eliminated in the second episode of the hit gameshow.
Speaking on The Traitors Uncloaked podcast, Keith revealed that when he saw the envelope on the chair, he thought he might be recruited as a Traitor. Instead, he was shocked to find a murder letter. 'I just opened it and reading it, that was the biggest shock of my life,' he said.
Keith admitted that his big secret was being a first-degree black belt in taekwondo. He deliberately concealed this from other contestants, fearing it might make him a target. However, he confessed that he would have eventually revealed it if he had stayed longer in the competition.
The series, which returned on 1 January, features contestants vying for a prize pot of up to £120,000. Other players have also employed deception, with Charlotte faking a Welsh accent and Leanne hiding her military background by claiming to be a nail technician.
