Reality television star Tamra Judge has issued a fiery response to actress Jennifer Lawrence after the Oscar winner labelled her the "most toxic" personality in the Bravo universe.
The Accusation That Sparked the Feud
The controversy began when Jennifer Lawrence made surprising comments about the Real Housewives of Orange County star during an Access Hollywood interview on November 1st. The 35-year-old actress didn't hold back, stating: "I think that Tamra is the most toxic of everybody. Sorry, Tamra, but you are."
Lawrence elaborated on her criticism, suggesting Judge operates strategically behind the scenes. "She keeps trying to pass off like Shannon and all this stuff," the Hunger Games star remarked, adding that Judge and fellow Housewife Lisa Barlow should "start a hidden account or something."
Judge's Emotional Response
Tamra Judge, a 58-year-old grandmother, expressed disappointment when confronted with Lawrence's comments during her own Access Hollywood interview on Saturday. The reality star revealed she had previously admired the actress.
"I just think, like, you don't know me," Judge responded emotionally. "I'm on a reality show and there's a lot that you don't know and I'm sorry you feel that way."
The Vena CBD co-founder quickly shifted to defence mode, highlighting her success in the Bravo universe. "Well actually, I'm one of the most successful housewives on my cast, so I'm doing something right, Jennifer Lawrence," she asserted.
BravoCon Revelations and Support System
The tension escalated when interviewers praised Judge for being an integral part of Teddi Mellencamp's support system as the 44-year-old battles stage 4 brain cancer. Judge used this opportunity to fire back at Lawrence's accusations.
"Tell Jennifer Lawrence that. Is that toxic, Jennifer Lawrence? You're f***ing toxic," Judge declared sharply.
The exchange occurred during BravoCon in Las Vegas, where Judge and Mellencamp celebrated reaching 75 million downloads of their Two Ts in a Pod podcast. The convention also saw Judge participating in the 'Yep We're Besties' panel alongside other Bravo personalities.
RHOC Updates and Personal Life
Despite quitting halfway through filming season 20 of Real Housewives of Orange County, Judge expressed excitement about former castmate Vicki Gunvalson returning as a full-time Housewife. She shared an amusing anecdote about Gunvalson's dramatic entrance at BravoCon.
"She's back in a big way because she just fell on her face 15 minutes ago with me and Heather," Judge smiled, describing promotional video mishaps. "She finally gets her orange back and she's back to falling all over the place."
On the personal front, Judge was accompanied in Nevada by her third husband Eddie Judge, with whom she celebrated 12 years of marriage on June 15. The mother of four has children ranging from 20 to 39 years old from previous relationships.
Meanwhile, Jennifer Lawrence continues her film career, currently starring in Lynne Ramsay's psychological drama Die My Love, which has earned $6 million at the box office ahead of its streaming release on December 22.
