A real-life punch-up reportedly broke out on the set of Netflix's The Gentleman, leaving lead star Theo James shocked.
The alleged brawl occurred during filming for the third season of Guy Ritchie's hit gangster show at West Wycombe Park House in Buckinghamshire.
Theo James 'Totally Bemused' by the Scrap
It's said lead star Theo James, who plays crime boss Eddie Horniman, was "totally bemused" by the scrap. A source told The Sun: "Theo and a few others were about to film a fishing scene when suddenly all hell broke loose.
"Two of the blokes who work on the production started going at it and one of them ended up getting whacked in the face.
"Everyone was just standing there shocked because it all suddenly erupted out of nowhere. They ended up being separated and one of them seemed to have a cut lip. The entire thing was barmy."
No One Expected the Bust-Up
The source added that nobody on set had expected a bust-up before the cameras started rolling. Daily Star has contacted representatives for the show for comment.
The first season of The Gentleman premiered on Netflix in March 2024. The cast includes James, Skins star Kaya Scodelario, Daniel Ings, Ray Winstone and Vinnie Jones.
Meghan Markle Rumours
It comes after rumours that Meghan Markle was in talks for a role in the third season of the show. She recently returned to acting with a cameo as herself in the comedy Close Personal Friends, starring Lily Collins and Brie Larson.
A source told The Sun: "This is a massive moment for Meghan and signifies a return to doing what she truly loves. She has been swamped with offers, but this one felt right. It is Meghan's way of gently putting her toe back in the water and seeing how she enjoys being back on set."
Meghan had previously seemed to rule out a return to acting. When asked about it in 2022, she told Vanity Fair: "No, I'm done. I guess never say never, but my intention is to absolutely not."
