Race Across The World Series Six Contestant Teams Revealed

The BAFTA-winning series Race Across the World is set to return for a sixth series on Thursday 2 April, airing on BBC One and iPlayer. In the toughest journey yet, five teams will travel over 12,000 km across Europe and Asia, from Italy to Mongolia.

The teams include best friends Jo and Kush, siblings Katie and Harrison, father and daughter Molly and Andrew, cousins Puja and Roshni, and in-laws Mark and Margo. They will race without smartphones or bank cards, relying only on cash equivalent to the flight cost.

The route passes through Italy, Greece, Türkiye, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and finishes at Lake Khövsgöl in northern Mongolia. Only one team can win the £20,000 prize.
