Millions of Oasis fans missed out on securing tickets to the Oasis Live '27 tour this weekend after not being selected to access the sale. To be in with a chance of attending any of the band's shows next year, fans had to have registered their interest and were randomly selected over the weekend to receive a unique non-transferable code.
Oasis confirmed last night (September 27) that all tickets for their 42-date tour are now sold out after nine staggered sales took place in slots over the weekend. Hundreds of tickets have already been placed on resale websites such as Viagogo and Stubhub for thousands of pounds over their face value price.
Resale rules and fan frustration
The resale listings have sparked outrage among angry fans but the band has reassured that tickets for Oasis Live '27 are only valid if they are purchased from Ticketmaster and cannot be sold on for a profit. They also confirmed that receiving a code and accessing the sale was the only genuine way to secure tickets for their 2027 tour.
Despite this, keen fans have not given up hope yet as they took to Reddit to share their next strategy. In a Reddit thread titled 'All Oasis codes have now been sent out', disappointed fans shared their frustration at not being selected to access the sale.
One wrote: "I hated this lottery based approach. Just give me a chance to try and fail. I just feel like I wasn't given a chance to even try for tickets."
A second added: "No luck for 25 or 27. Sad times." Another complained: "4 days of agonising torture".
Success stories and advice
However, others were quick to share their success stories on how they managed to get last minute-tickets for the band's Oasis Live '25 tour last year. Reassuring anyone who missed out on a code, one wrote: "I didn’t get any general sale tickets in 2024 and saw them 5 times in 2025 with Ticketmaster resale tickets. Don’t worry, you will get to a gig."
A second shared: "I got face value tickets from Twickets 3 days before the show last year. never say never!" Replying to a miserable fan who said their 'dream is over', someone else wrote: "Not at all. Got mine from checking ticketmaster last year every now and again and got exactly what I wanted."
A fourth added: "Second the twickets shout. Few of my mates got theirs off there the week leading up to '25. Don't fret mate. If you're local it's only up the road." Yet another penned: "Last year i was unsuccessful and day before got emailed about a final wave and picked up 4!"
Waiting for resale
Another Reddit user encouraged fans to stay positive as they commented: "Dear everyone. Don’t panic and overpay someone. 2 weeks before there’ll be hundreds if not thousands of tickets for each venue available."
"A lot of people realise near the time they actually need 600 quid more than their want to see oasis or they realise they can’t get there or stay there because there’s no transport or accommodation."
Someone else agreed: "There’s a year until the shows. Tens of thousands of tickets will go to resale because of duplicates or cancellations, maybe even hundreds of thousands considering the amount of shows and the capacity of a Knebworth for example. Wait for the resale."
Oasis have informed fans that resale tickets will not be available until closer to the shows next year. Resale tickets are only valid if purchased through Ticketmaster or Twickets and must be sold for face value.
