Netflix's Members Only Palm Beach star eyes season 2 with famous family
Netflix star plans family expansion for Palm Beach show

The breakout star of Netflix's newest reality sensation has revealed her ambitious vision for the show's future, including bringing her famous family into the spotlight. Taja Abitbol Cone, who features in the streamer's Members Only: Palm Beach, has spoken exclusively about her hopes for multiple new seasons and a more personal focus.

Plans for a Family-Focused Season Two

While Netflix has yet to officially greenlight a second series, Taja is already in advanced planning. She told the Mirror she is pushing for season two, three and four, with a central desire to showcase her immediate family, who were largely absent from the debut season.

"They didn't show my child, everybody else's kids but not mine," Taja explained. "I'm getting crazy messages that people want to see more of my parents because there's nobody more entertaining than them and, of course, they want to see my husband too. My brother is also a hoot."

She emphasised her wish for fans to see the full spectrum of her life: "I would definitely like the fans to see more about me, my business, my family, me as a mother, me as a wife, me as a family woman because that's who I am."

A "Hollywood Family" Ready for the Limelight

Taja's family is no ordinary one. Her husband, David Cone, is a celebrated five-time World Series-winning baseball star. Their son, Sammy Cone, has already begun a modelling career, having walked the catwalk for Rookies Kids.

The businesswoman revealed that her foray into reality TV was two decades in the making. "For the past 20 years I have been contacted by casting directors, producers, production companies and I've always wanted to do it. I'm not going to lie but I belong on TV," she stated.

"I've always wanted to be an actress, a movie star in front of the camera. My husband is on TV and we are a Hollywood family... the stars were not aligned for me until now."

From Palm Beach to Dancing With The Stars

With Members Only: Palm Beach proving a hit for Netflix, Taja's ambitions are expanding beyond the confines of the Floridian social scene. She has set her sights on another major television franchise.

"It was always my dream to be on Dancing With The Stars," she confessed. "In fact, I only wanted to do reality TV so I could be a star to be on Dancing With The Stars like that was the goal. I really think I would win with the right partner."

The eight-part first season of Members Only: Palm Beach is currently available for streaming on Netflix. It follows a group of women navigating the exclusive and tradition-bound high society of Florida's wealthiest county.
